These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors and customers of Zewarzac. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.

Product prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice. We accept online payment methods and, where available, Cash on Delivery. If payment fails or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Return and exchange policies differ by product and are mentioned on individual product pages. Typically, damaged or defective products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customized or engraved products are usually non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, actual colors or sizes may slightly differ due to screen settings or measurement tolerances. For significant differences, customers are encouraged to contact us.
All content on Zewarzac, including images, text, designs, and logos, is owned by Zewarzac or used with permission. Copying, distributing, or using any content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Zewarzac is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, system failures, or government restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
